These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products from PCP COLLECTION LLC ("Key Plugs", "we", "us", or "our") through keyplugs.com. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Key Plugs sells digital editing assets such as presets, templates, hooks, captions, motion graphics, course content, and related files ("Presets" or "Products") designed for use in CapCut. Purchases are one-time and grant you a license to use the Products as described below. Your download also includes a License Agreement (the "READ ME" file), which further describes how you may use the Products; these Terms and our Refund Policy control on the matters they address.
When you buy a pack, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Presets in your own video content, including commercial content you create for yourself or your clients.

The Presets are delivered digitally. You receive access immediately after your payment is confirmed, via the links provided on the order confirmation page and/or by email.
Prices are shown at checkout and are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already made.
Because the Presets are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.
All Presets, files, branding, and Site content are owned by PCP COLLECTION LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your license does not transfer ownership.
Key Plugs is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CapCut or ByteDance Ltd. The Presets require CapCut to use. We are not responsible for changes to CapCut that may affect compatibility.
Our Presets are tools to help you create better content. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including views, followers, engagement, income, or growth. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
The products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCP COLLECTION LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Presets in any unlawful way.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including by redistributing the Presets.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
